Description. This beer invention the first time using organic rice syrup
standardized in content of fermentable sugars, in complete
replacement of traditional barley main ingredient which does not
grow in the tropics and costing expensively.
Presentation. Hitting the market in single-serve PET
plastic bottles shattering the glass bottle and aluminum can tradition.
Fields of application. Low-cost brewing
Advantages
Shorter boiling times, reduced cleaning and effluent costs, and greatly
shortened overall brewing process. Also, easier handling in bulk form unlike
grains that need conveyors, dust collectors & milling. Plus, enhanced batch-to-batch reproduceability
of the final beer product.
